Cancellation Policy & Return Policy

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Food Products) Since we exclusively offer food products in our shop, there is no regular right of withdrawal or return for our products. Pursuant to Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. We ask for your understanding that we therefore cannot take back or exchange intact and flawless food products.

Damages and Issues (Claim Period: 3 Days) Your satisfaction is very important to us! Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Should an item be defective or damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. This allows us to evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, please contact us within this 3-day period with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect goods at: support@paper-love.de. Since we do not accept returns of food products for hygiene reasons, you generally do not need to send the claimed goods back to us. If a return is necessary in exceptional cases (e.g., incorrect deliveries of sealed parcels), we will inform you and, of course, provide you with a free return shipping label.

Refunds for Claims We will notify you once we have reviewed your claim (based on your photos and details) and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will arrange either a free replacement delivery according to your preference, or you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and the money has not yet been received, please contact us anytime at support@paper-love.de.
